Day 4:

Restorative Yoga: Out of Stress, Into Ease

This practice focuses on supported restorative postures to deeply ground down and release tension and stress in the body, welcoming ease and relaxation. The practice ends with a guided progressive softening of the entire body dropping you into a meditative state.

This section is not required, however, if you’d like to share, we value any feedback and will respond to any questions you have about the course so far.
