A Super Morning Elixir

If our Super Coffee and our Mushroom Mocha had a baby, this would be it. Just like juices and smoothies, blended hot beverages are another way to maximize nutrition in. Turn your morning cup into something medicinal and healing. You can play with ingredients here too. Try to balance the drink with a healthy fat like ghee or coconut oil. Add in a protein like hemp seeds, collagen or almond butter.
Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups raw almond-cashew milk or your milk of choice, steamed
1 tsp dandyblend
1 tsp cocoa, or 1 heaping tsp of 100% dark chocolate shavings
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
1 tsp collagen powder
a few drops of your favorite mushroom adaptogen
sweeten with honey or date
Directions:
Steam milk. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
