Amanyara - Movement and Stillness

Saturday July 15th & Sunday July 16th

The body benefits from movement and the mind from stillness.

This Summer Amanyara has invited local practitioners to work alongside their in-house wellness team to curate a diverse range of wellness workshops based around the concept of movement and stillness.

These two-hour long weekend workshops will consist of one 60-minute movement class followed by either 60-minute meditation or relaxation experience to promote a state of physical and psychological wellbeing.

This Saturday and Sunday, join Laura and Lindsay alongside Amanyara’s Wellness Manager, Toby Maguire.

Saturday, July 15th, 9 - 11 am

Yin and Slow Flow Movement

A combination of Qi Gong and yoga to improve flexibility, circulation and mobility.

Transcendental Meditation and Relaxation

Integrating deep relaxation and a mantra meditation to achieve peace of mind.

Sunday, July 16th, 9 - 11 am

Deep Power Yoga

Strengthens and tones the whole body, with challenging standing postures and deep releasing stretches.

Guided Meditation

Breathwork, deep relaxation and guided meditation to heal and rejuvenate.

$550 plus 28% taxes per person per day

Amanyara’s serene spa in the Turks and Caicos Islands overlooks a large reflection pond with lush vegetation and features four double treatment pavilions, a spa boutique, a Wellness Studio, a Yoga Sala, an aqua therapeutic pool lined with sun loungers, and several relaxation areas.
