Want to eat your chips and have your health too? THIS is your new go-to chip for when you’re craving that salty-crispy-crunch. It’s a perfect snack on its own or paired with a tasty dip or spread.
Chia seeds have been around for centuries and over the last few years have hit superfood status because of their highly nutritious properties. This versatile ingredient is a great source of protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
This Chia recipe results in a super light and extra crispy chip thanks to the use of a dehydrator. Drying out the chips at a lower temperature than a conventional oven can provide over a longer period of time helps achieve that super crispy texture.
This one is sure to become a pantry staple!

Spread mixture in a very thin later on dehydrator trays.
Set dehydrator temperature to 105 degrees and allow to dehydrate for 24 hours.
Remove from dehydrator and break the large Chia sheets into smaller chip-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container.
