This recipe is packed with healthy fats from hemp seeds and avocado. Get your dose of essential fatty acids (omega 3’s and omega 6’s) and your chocolate fix with this delicious snack. When choosing your ingredients, always source organic where possible. Hemp seeds must be stored in a cool dry place or in the fridge to avoid rancidity. Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Ready to serve.
