We can sneak all sorts of things into blended drinks, that’s what makes a smoothie so great. What makes a great smoothie? Getting the flavor, nutrition and texture on point. This one ticks all the boxes for us. When choosing ingredients for your smoothies, juices and elixirs, stick with organic as much as you can and steer clear of ingredients with added sugars.
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 - 2 cups mixed berries
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen spinach
3 tbsp of collagen
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp bee pollen
2 tbsp goji berries
1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt or non-dairy yogurt, sugar free
1/2 cup Anti-Everything Shot
Add filtered water or coconut water to desired consistency
Optional: 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, a few drops of your favorite mushroom adaptogen
Directions:
combine all ingredients into your high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add as much water as you like for desired consistency. This blend makes 2 x 12oz servings. Experiment with different fruits, leafy greens, and juices. We love using the Anti-Everything Shot because it adds a tangy spicy element to this smoothie while piling in an extra dose of nutrition.
