Homemade veganaise is so easy and such a delicious high protein spread or salad dressing with only a handful of whole ingredients. Sriracha adds great kick of spice and flavor. This spread takes only a few minutes to make and lasts in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box firm or extra firm non-gmo organic tofu (12.3 oz/349g)
1 tbsp ACV
2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tbsp sriracha (less or more depending on how spicy you want it
1/2 tsp sea salt (more to taste)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or bullet. Blend on high until smooth. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to two weeks. try on sandwiches, salads and sushi rolls.
