KYN founders and sisters Lindsay and Laura grew up between Canada and Turks and Caicos Islands, an upbringing that shaped their grounded, expansive perspective on wellbeing.
KYN is an invitation to Know—Your—Nature. All the modalities they teach are pathways to a more authentic life. Their collective knowledge and training in yoga, nutrition, holistic healing and nervous system regulation are the foundational tools they share in practical, accessible ways.
KYN is also a wink toward Lindsay and Laura’s sisterhood and “kinship”. They share their journeys as sisters, mothers, daughters and entrepreneurs. Each class, experience and retreat is offered with an authenticity that is from the heart, always with the intention to create a safe opening for others to do the same.

FREE Community Beach Yoga
We offer an in-person community class, suitable for everyone, right on the beach in Grace Bay on the last Sunday of every month from 7:30am - 8:15am.
This class is completely free and a great way to connect with people, rise with the sun and sea and do something special for yourself.
