KYN and Amanyara’s in house specialists will be collaborating on these 2 hr weekend workshops consisting of a 1 hour movement class followed by a 1 hour guided meditation and breathwork to promote a state of physical and psychological wellbeing.
9am: Yin and Movement - lead by Lindsay
Release tension in the body, open up all the tight spots, and promote mobility in the whole body. Take in the healing space and open air of Amanyara Spa.
10am: Mindfulness - lead by Aga
A comfortable all-level meditative session bringing the mind and body into alignment.
