KYN and Amanyara’s in house specialists will be collaborating on these 2 hr weekend workshops consisting of a 1 hour movement class followed by a 1 hour guided meditation and breathwork to promote a state of physical and psychological wellbeing.
9am: Wake Up Flow - lead by Aga
Designed to wake up and energize the body with focused mobility, flows and active stretches, this class is suitable for all levels and leaves you feeling ready to take on the day.
10am: Five Senses Guided Meditation - lead by Lindsay
A grounding meditation session, this workshop brings attention to each of the 5 senses, inviting you into the felt experience of the present moment. We will shift from thinking to feeling and from doing to simply being.
